Continuando onde o primeiro filme parou, Nell Sweetzer ( Ashley Sino ) é encontrada sozinha e apavorada na floresta. De volta à relativa segurança da civilização , Nell percebe que ela não consegue se lembrar porções inteiras dos meses anteriores só que ela é o último membro sobrevivente de sua família.
